These fit exactly like the originals that came with my bra, same shape and thickness. Nice that one set works on either side so I don't have to keep track of left and right.

Wasn't sure a replacement set would feel the same as the ones that came with my bra, but the shape and thickness are identical. Both pads fit either side, so I didn't have to figure out which was which. Ordering a second set for backup.
