I was skeptical about the 14-day claim but the bond really holds up through showers and sweaty workouts. The remover spray is what sold me though, it loosens everything in a couple minutes without any tugging.
Two weeks of wear and it barely budged, even through showers. The spray remover is the real MVP though, no tugging or residue left behind.
