I've had shoulder surgery so reaching behind me for a clasp was a nightmare, and this bra solved that completely. It's supportive enough for the treadmill but soft enough that I forget I'm wearing it. The little pockets are a nice touch too.
The front closure makes this so much easier to get on after a shower when I'm still a little damp. I wore it for a spin class and the support held up fine, no bouncing. The fabric is genuinely soft, which I wasn't expecting from something this supportive.
The front clasp makes getting in and out of this bra so much easier than wrestling with overhead ones after a sweaty workout. The pockets are a nice bonus too, and it holds everything in place without that stiff, board-like feeling I usually hate in supportive bras.
